Ryedale District Council is pleased to announce that the www.visitryedale.co.uk Registration Scheme is continuing to operate in 2017 and is now extended to all non-accommodation businesses.

Accommodation Providers
The annual fee of £30+VAT for accommodation providers will enable Ryedale District Council offer participating members’ accommodation to customers, with any bookings made via www.visitryedale.co.uk being on our usual terms (commission @ 10% of booking value paid to the Ryedale District Council). Such members will be featured on the Ryedale and Scarborough Destination Management System (DMS) which the operator can access through the NTWEB portal for updating of availability etc.  Accommodation shown to be available on the DMS will be offered to potential customers in line with their requirements on the Visit Ryedale website.

Non-Accommodation Providers
The scheme is now open to Ryedale attractions, eateries, pubs and retailers who would like prominence on the VisitRyedale.co.uk website which facilitates regular events listings, bespoke visitor itineraries and access to industry mailings. An annual fee of £30+VAT is applicable.

Pickering Tourist Information Centre is pleased to announce that the VisitRyedale.co.uk Website & Tourist Information Registration Scheme is continuing to operate in 2014 and is now extended to all non-accommodation businesses.

Accommodation Providers
The annual fee of £60+VAT for accommodation providers will enable Pickering Tourist Information Centre to offer participating members’ accommodation to customers, with any bookings made by the TIC being on our usual terms (commission @ 10% of booking value paid to the TIC). Such members will be featured on the Ryedale and Scarborough Destination Management System (DMS) which the operator can access through the Guestlink portal for updating of availability etc. (N.B We are currently looking at alternative systems which will enable better distribution of information to high profile booking channels). Accommodation shown to be available on the DMS will be offered to potential customers in line with their requirements, both at the TIC and on the Visit Ryedale website.

Non-Accommodation Providers
The scheme is now open to Ryedale attractions, eateries, pubs and retailers who would like prominence on the VisitRyedale.co.uk website and Tourist Information Centre database which facilitates regular events listings, bespoke visitor itineraries and access to industry mailings. An annual fee of £30+VAT is applicable.
